I could not figure out how to save and send an image from google maps, but if you type in "St. Joe state park missouri" and press the satellite image button...
It will give you an idea what the place looks like.
If you look around a bit, you can see 4-5 good size lakes, the staging area is in the lower left side of the sand.
it is pretty cool.

Click on the picture to get a better view. Some of the darker patches towards the bottom of the tan/open areas are a few of the ponds/lakes they have.
