GOKARTSUSA.COM BLAMING MY INVOLVEMENT & INFO POSTED ON BUGGYNEWS... HENCE NO PARTS UNDER WARRANTY...NO SERVICE.
TALKED TO A GUY WHO CLAIMS HIS NAME IS "MIKE" NOW.
I REMEMBER "AL" WAS A GUY THAT HAD A UNIQUE, CARSALESMAN TYPE VOICE & PERSONALITY.... FUNNY HOW "MIKE" SOUNDED JUST LIKE "AL" & WAS SOOOO READY TO JUMP ON MY INVOLVEMENT ON THIS FORUM. HE WAS QUITE UP TO DATE IN A MATTER OF SECONDS ON MY PURCHASE & BUGGYNEWS STATEMENTS. FUNNY HUH ?
HE SAID ... WITH ALL OF MY INVOLVEMENT & "BELLY-ACHING" ON THIS FORUM , THAT HE SEEMS THAT THERE IS NOT MUCH THEY CAN DO FOR ME NOW .
I HAVE BEEN PURSUING A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE FOR THIS PURCHASE ... DAMN STRAIGHT !!!
I HAVE POSTED WHAT I KNOW TO BE WRONG DOINGS & BAD BUISINESS BY GOKARTSUSA... YEP !
I HAVE ALSO SEEN OTHER MEMBERS DO THE SAME . IF ALL IS WORKED OUT ... I HAVE SEEN THE MEMBER NOTIFY US ON THE FORUM THAT THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF .
AL / MIKE ... SAID MAYBE "BUGGYNEWS" CAN RESOLVE MY SEVERAL ISSUES.... WHAT A PUNK !
AL / MIKE SAID SOME PEOPLE (ME) JUST CANNOT BE SATISFIED .
WELL ... I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH RETURNING THE GK -40 IN IT'S ORIGINAL CRATING ...? .. WHO KEEPS THAT AROUND ?
ALSO ... 30% RESTOCKING FEE ... & PAY FOR SHIPPING.
*** THAT WAS GOKARTSUSA'S "RETURN POLICY" !
AL /MIKE ALSO CALLED MY EMAILS ..."RAMBLING" .
IF SOME OF YOU GUYS SPENT 6,000 ON A FAULTY BUGGY ... WOULD YOU BE "VERY" DETAILED ? I SURE WAS .
*** BY THE WAY ... I ALWAYS WRITE IN "CAPS" ... MAYBE THAT OFFENDED AL / MIKE ....WHO KNOWS ?

*** I CALLED TODAY 1-7-08 , DUE TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WANTING TO SEE IF IT COULD BE RESOLVED NOW ... SINCE I HAD NO CONTACT WITH GOKARTSUSA FOR A WHILE.

TO AL / MIKE ... BUGGYNEWS WAS TO BLAME ,& MY DISPUTE ... OH WELL .... HELLO COURT !

How does he think Buggynews is at fault? I read all three of your posts and I still don't know how they think Buggynews is to blame. You have every right to spread the word on your wrong doing.

HEY JABO ... ALL OF THE BUGGYNEWS COMMENTS WERE MADE TODAY 1-7-08 OVER THE PHONE. I COULD'NT REALLY BELEIVE WHAT I WAS HEARING...THIS GUY IS A TWIT , HE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY TRUTHS ON HERE .... NOT SLANDER.

CTE companies don't like their true colors being waved around in front of potential customers. Personally I would think this would make them more prone to fix the problem. I'm still waiting for parts from the end of Nov.. What I was sent were wrong parts and who I delt with blamed the importer. I bought from them so I think it's their problem not the importer. Come on who was it that took my money. I paid out of pocket for the parts so my children could enjoy their gift for Christmas. The company strung me along until the Wed. before and pretty much told tuff $hit. My post is under My Familygokart Experience and i'm still making posts as the situation moves forward. You did the right thing by posting here so everyone could see. This is how we educate one another about these companies. I hope all goes well for you and you may save other people from what your going through.

DOUBLE M ... I READ YOUR POST BEFORE & I FEEL YOUR PAIN.
I HOPE IT GETS STRAIGHT , THEY ADVERTISE ON HERE !!!

TODAY ALL I ASKED FOR WAS : A BATTERY,THROTTLE CABLE,ALTERNATOR & MAYBE AN L.E.D. ---- NO PAINTJOB , NO MOTOR PARTS, CV JOINTS ...BLAH , BLAH ...ETC.
JUST A FEW PARTS WAS WHAT I WAS AFTER ... BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO DO ANYTHING ELSE WITH THESE COMPANIES.

AL / MIKE AT GOKARTSUSA IS HEREBY ... A TWIT .

CTE... I totally support you on what your doing. There is a really good chance that they won't take care of you. It's not like you expected much more and the buggynews stuff is just another excuse to not help you. I want to know what ever happened to customer service? I have also learned that if they talk about how great they are on their site to just stay away. Good luck on your adventure.

Kinda funny how this little forum can be like a thorn in someones rear end, good for you I hope you teach them a lesson on customer support and product support.

I had a problem with my first 800 and got no help from
this sideways car salesman from Iowa named James Mills.
He also like " Mike/ Al " didnt like me promoting his bad bussiness
practices on B/N, and like you all I did was tell the truth.

I think this forum is a great tool for us all to tell the truth!!

THANX WEST COAST ... JUST BECAUSE I DECIDE TO PURSUE A DISPUTE CASE , OR VENT, & MAYBE ENLIGHTEN A FEW GUYS ON BUGGYNEWS ABOUT A COMPANY , SHOULD BY NO MEANS MAKE MY WARRANTY VOID . THIS TWIT ...AL/MIKE IS DIZZY . I'LL DO A CASE & DO GOOD . ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS IS A LAWYER THAT HANDLES SITUATIONS LIKE THIS & SOOOO MUCH BIGGER . THIS IS PEANUTS TO HIS FIRM , BUT , IT'S MY $$$ & HE IS A "GOOD" GUY... WHO LIKE ME... HATES THINGS LIKE THIS . HE ALSO IS LOOKING TO GET A BUGGY .... & OF COURSE IT WON'T BE GOKARTSUSA .... BECAUSE OF THIS AL/MIKE WANKER .

CTE...I just looked at the pics of your buggy. I think you kept it together better than I would have so what are they so upset about? I would think about the legal route b/c it should have already been replaced with money back. For the little bit you were asking to resolve the issue I think they were fools for not taking it. This sucks, real bad and i hope they get everything they deserve. Thank god for Dazon, I've gotten parts (free) and extras (free) from Tony of Team Dazon, I'm sorry you have to go through this, I hope everyone and there mother reads this and no more business for prick head al/mike/joe or whoever he is, Sorry man!!
