instead of getting a buggy from samsclub like I almost did we bought 2 200cc chinese dual-sport cycles.
My wife couldnt ride hers offroad like she could 15 years ago sooooo I bought her a 2006 350 raptor this spring and have been piecing together a 250x to 300ex for me that now runs but still needs fenders.

I think I'll be ditching the dual-sports in 2008 and getting a drz400 for me and maybe a tw200 for the wife.

lol... That was the thick of it huh? You posted to tell us you have no buggies, and instead of a buggy, you got some type of bike(s), and a quad?

OK... So.... ummm..... yeah.... I think there are off road forums for those bikes and quads that could better benefit from this thread, or as I see it, complete waste of bandwidth on BUGGYNEWS.com.

Good luck with your toys though! Be careful... They dont have cages or seatbelts!

OMG I never thought I'd find "you people" here, on this site but then, there you are. Laughing

Yeah your right I have never owned one of the cheapo buggies being dumped on us everywhere now a days although some do look decent and then there are the JOYNER buggies that look awesome.(IMO)

All I have ever owned as far as a buggy is just a 72 baja bug but then I guess some people wouldnt call that a buggy. Rolling Eyes (that would be a volkwagen beetle converted into a really fun offroad machine-figured I'd have to explain it to ya a bit)
I missed the bajabug and was really looking into a buggy from samsclub and found this site helpful but now.............. couldnt care less Exclamation

And your right there are many other sites more in line with my current type of offroading but more importantly I dont waste much time on sites with such a narrow minded user base. Shame on you

BACK OFF GUYS!
This IS the "OTHER ATV FORM" There are many members on Buggy News that do not have buggies. They use the site to research the sport and machines. Now we can see that even the people are a deceiding factor if the purchase of buggies. In order to make our sport bigger we need to be better than the other people.

What does other ATV discussion mean if someone cant post here? Sorry to you Slugbug for the other posts toward your purchase.I am glad you bought what you were interested in riding.Buggy's might not be for everyone.I never look here much cause I don't have a 4 wheeler or dirt bike. But it does not mean other people might not be interested.Good luck with your off roading ventures.James

lol...omg... I was just being sarcastic!!! I want a quad too you know!!! I was kinda trying to dig at van, cuz I thought it was a little harsh too... sorry it sounded narrow or mean!!! lol....

I always end my posts with a Very Happy .... if I didnt like you or thought what I wrote... it would probably look more like this: Evil or Very Mad

Good luck... sorry for the wrong impression!!!! GET A BUGGY!!!!! lol

Good luck with the new toys... I have ridden every quad you could imagine...just never had enough $$$ to get that one I always wanted.... But I have a "cheapo" buggy that takes care of that for now!!! lol

Good luck, have fun, and BE SAFE!!!!!

Guys I wasnt ragging on him I was just asking a question since nothing in his posts seem to have anything to do with buggies. If he isnt interested in buggies and just wants to come hang out more power to him. No offence ment. Van
