(1). unscrew the end cap on exhaust. Keep the screws, cap, and small mesh circle.
(2). drill 4-5 small holes in the end of exhaust with very small bit, then larger. Note: do not drill close to bottom or you may expose the exaust to rear and of frame.
Note:This will increase the noise greatly, but will rev higher and give you some extra power!
We have recently done this and can see a difference. Remember you can always go back to the original exhaust by putting the plate back on.

cool stuff here....Anybody an expert with the Baja Dune 150? Is it the GY6 Motor? (hewitt it think is the knock-off name)
I have a dune 150, already gutted the pipe, looking for what is next! I live in jersey, so I dont know if that plays a major role in picking a jet, but what about rollers? how many grams are the stock? Can I just get a k&n kit for the intake and some PVC? Is it ok to eliminate that airbox that has some other little hoses attached? thanks all!!!!!!!!
Does anyone know how I can get more power to this cart.. It runs fast at top end but has no real acceleration.. plese be specific... jets , cans, clutch kits ... where and what
what kind of buggy do you have Paul? SInce I posted this, I have learned so much, that I think I can build one without a picture or diagram!!!! lol... I got a couple how-to efforts on another site here: http://www.northeastbuggy.com/soaclan-forum-11.html
I think the best performance would be to start with cvt work. I just put in a 3300rpm koso clutch, 1500 rpm spring, 10.5gram Dr. Sliders, a vented ncy clutch. The engine now actually rev's up a bit before it takes off, giving up the most torque for the holeshot. It takes off soooooo much better. So much so that a 350lb man can do donuts all day long on grass. I was never even able to think about doing that before. My .02 cents. _________________ N.E. "GANG" MEMBER...

What are the up grades and were do i start to make this fast and fun to go out and have some fun. Or is this thing not worth it. it is a yerf dog 3206 i think 150 cc. Can anyone help me out?
yes welcome to bn. the 150 on the yerf can make for some fun riding, the cvt up grades are the cheapest and easiest to do. most start with that and a 39 tooth sprocket _________________ Blade buggies,Carter buggy's Atv's, parts and repairs. accessories for all makes.
