I think this year was great to see what everyone wanted to do. Maybe next year we can have Friday and Sunday as just free riding days and maybe schedule the group photo around 1:00 pm Saturday afternoon, group photo around 6:30 pm Saturday, drag races at 7:00 pm Saturday, and fireworks 9:30 pm Saturday. I can make a flyer and put it and several copies at the check-in station. Of course those times can be hashed out, added to and agreed upon closer to next year's Bash. We also need to schedule a group ride or two in there somewhere also.
We could also put on there manufacturer's info and demo's along with their locations in the park and times that they will be there. I think the Carter guy was satisified with the turnout to ride his buggy, but it seemed like a lot of people missed him. We need to fix that for next year. I know I would like to see more manufacturers bringing some buggies to demo. I'll be ready to buy another buggy soon and I would like to try some others out before I make the final decision. It was great to see all the others in action, but it would have been twice as nice to actually get behind the wheel of some of the others.

Jim-
It was great to meet you. I am so sorry I was so rushed everytime you wanted to talk. I was so scatter brained when I was there trying to keep track of Tyler and everything else that was going on. I really wanted to talk to you some more but just ran out of time. I met a lot of people and new I wouldn't remember all of their names by the end of the weekend. I am still dizzy from all that happened. I am lucky enough to remember my own name today.
p.s. - that was quite a motorhome you had there Jim! That's traveling in style. _________________ Twister modded 150

No problem. It would have been fun to spend a few more minutes, but I understand. Being there with my son and grandson, I really appreciated seeing you guys involved with your kids. Kart talk can always wait. You being from Carmel, I'm on the south side of Fort Wayne, only 1.5 hr away. I get to Indy some. Some good friends there. Everyone is busy, but it would be fun to hook up sometime. We'll stay connected. I do have 10.5 acres, 2 acre pond, and seems like tracks are being burned in. Have grandkids out a lot. Maybe a trip up or?? Interstate except for 1/2 mile.

Sounds great. I would like to get some Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois guys together for a local ride at The Badlands or Haspin. _________________ Twister modded 150

Wow, 2 guys from Indiana!
My son and I had a blast at the buggy bash and met some really cool people and didn't even meet the 2 guys from my home state.
I hope kidinme got some good pics of my buggy stuck in the mud up to my cooling fans. It was great riding with you all.
Thanks.

Chris-
My highlight of the weekend had to be the night ride on Saturday night with my son(Tyler), Gogokarting(Bill), Boo(Bailey) and the Yerf Dog Boys! That was awesome. Also, the kids drag racing was endless entertainment. No wait, maybe the highlight was watching Bailey go 3/4 of the way up 400 hill with his Blade 70. Don't worry, I have video of that one. Or maybe the highlight was me driving Bailey's 70 back from 400 hill in the pooring rain and then doing donuts in the mud with it.
Haha!!!! I had a great time this weekend and sure enjoyed meeting everyone! Tyler asked if we were going back tomorrow. I hope everyone returns back home safely.

Blister,
I never thought I would say this but there IS someone else besides my son who can drive that Blade 70 better than him-
Y O U !!!!
I would have to admit that was pretty cool and to see it motor you right up those slick hills in the rain. I think I might have to extend the front end and drive one myself!!!
The picture of you and Tyler after that mud experience was-
PRICELESS!!! you have to send me pics!
The whole weekend was great and wouldn't have missed it!
Thanks everyone for the memories- Pics and videos to post soon!
Bill

I was across from the showers and the last hideaway on the right, there were 2 hill climbs on each side of where we set up camp.
We really need to set up a Indiana (and surrounding states) bash at Badlands or Haspin Acres.
Though I don't know if we will find anything as fun as Paddys, but we can try.

Ha, we probably passed right by each other and didn't even know any better. I kept looking back there in the woods but I never ventured back there. Guess I was afraid to. _________________ Twister modded 150
