Hey everyone its been a while since I have been on here. Im glad to see the industry is still alive during this recession. I know Im broke... but I have managed to avoid selling my buggy. just gotta get it rollin again after a period of neglect.
My trailing arm bearings needed a good cleaning and repack and the seals got busted getting them out. they werent working to well anymore anyway... so if theres any dealer out there who can hook me up with a pair for each trailing arm that would be great. I would like to get them ordered ASAP. thanks

Welcome back. We now have a trusted dealer list with contact information. I'm sure one of these guys can help you out. If you can get sizing or part numbers off the current parts, I'm sure replacements will be available.

Hey thanks for directing me to the list man. I have lost a lot of these contacts since I last was here.

Searching for 650 parts, I found this place with some larger buggy parts:

http://www.motosportsparts.com/

I do not have any experience with them, but there may be some items of use...

i have ordered from them a couple times.so far i have always gotten my stuff in good time, around five days.they are in texas, ric ducan put me on to them when i needed a new exhaust a while back.
thats all i know if that helps.

Bingo! found the bearing seal.... 25x40x7 oil seal. you are the man pghruby! =D>
and that site is actually pretty good too, it tells you which vehicle each part is for... ends up the seal is also used on a smaller china buggy.

OK update. so it ends up that the seals that came on the buggy from the factory are the wrong size. They dont even come close to sealing the bearings off from dirt, the inner diameter is 3 mm to large and leaves a huge gap around the trailing arm pin. I think the chinese just threw in whatever they had laying around from building other atvs. I find this out after Jojano was cool enough to send me some free seals. ends up those are the wrong size too for my old style mounting pin. The chinese redesigned the mounting pins to use washers to fill the 3mm space and add strength. Jojano also sent me the new style pins but those wont thread into the mount on my frame, different threading on the pins. I am forced to stick with the older style of mounting pin so I needed to find correct size seals. after being quoted $12 a seal locally I decided to look online and found the correct size for a really good price.
For those with the older style of mounting pin (without washers) The correct size is 22x40x7. Heres where I got them: http://www.hyperparts.com/wc.dll?ctwp~g ... 01026#0001
They are actually the front wheel bearing seals from a Suzuki LT80 quadsport, so they are of good aftermarket quality. $3.50 a seal thats $14 for all four, It was less than $20 after shipping out here to Hawaii and it got here very fast in less than 2 days. Great service in my opinion. I have installed them and they seal against the mounting pin perfect now.
Hope this helps out others in the future
